If you get 00, that is a one-size-maybe-fits-all setting. On the face of it, there doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with your drivers or iwlwifi.

I can “see” wireless networks but I can’t connect.
Wired Connection works just fine. My connection drops at random intervals also.
I didn’t find another way to get the connection working after it drops short of rebooting. Use nano or kate or leafpad if you don’t have the text editor gedit.
